Ingredients:
- Sea Bream
- Asparagus
- Cherry Tomato
- Okra
Procedure:
- Pre-heat the pan for 230 degrees in 5 minutes.
- Once it’s ready for frying, put the fish.
- Cook for 15 minutes depending on the size of the fish.
- 7 Minutes on each side.
- Once you flipped the fish, you can add the cherry tomatoes and okra on the side.
