Ingredients:
- 1 kg. Good Braising Steak (preferably Chuck Steak)
- 3 Medium Onions (cut into 12 wedges)
- 3 Garlic Cloves (Crushed)
- 2 tsp. Hot Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp. Paprika
- 1 Cup Beef Stock
- 600 ml Boiled Water
- 400g Can Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. Tomato Puree
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Green Pepper
- Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper
Procedure:
- Defat the beef.
- Pre-heat the pan. Sauté the garlic and onion. Add the defatted beef.
- Sprinkle with paprika and add the beef stock. Add water, tomatoes, tomato puree and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Then it’s ready to serve!
