A classic Korean dish made with stir-fried glass noodles, colorful vegetables, and savory soy-based sauce for a flavorful, vibrant meal.

Procedure:

Preparing the Noodles:
  1. Soak the noodles in the water with 2 tbsp. soy sauce. After soaking, put in a bowl then put 2 tbsp. sesame oil.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the sauce (oyster sauce, chicken bouillon and the saoy sacue).
Cooking Procedure:
  1. In a cookware, sauté the garlic and onion, then add the chicken breast.
  2. Add all the vegetables and the noodles.
  3. Pour the sauce and stir.
  4. Cover the cookware, set the temperature in medium heat for about 20 minutes.
