One-pot Shabu-Shabu

A delicious Japanese hot pot dish where thinly sliced meats, vegetables, and tofu are quickly cooked in a simmering broth, creating a flavorful and interactive meal all in one pot.

Procedure:

  1. Boil water. Then put soup base seafood hotpot.
  2. Put beef, fish balls, squid balls, tofu, boiled udon, noodles, crab meat, napa cabbage, carrots, enoki mushroom, shimeji mushroom, and spring onions.
  3. Cook until the meat becomes tender.
  4. Mix soysauce, chili flakess and spring onion in a bowl.
