Pasta Alfredo

Masikoy is a traditional Caviteño sweet delicacy made from glutinous rice, coconut milk, and brown sugar, cooked to perfection for a chewy and flavorful treat.

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Toast the sesame seed until it turns brown.
  2. After cooking, put the sesame seed in the plastic then crush using a riolling pin. Transfer and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, put the glutinous rice flour and gradually add water then knead.
  4. After kneading,scoop a small piece of dough then flattens it out to form an oblong disc.
  5. In a cookware, put water and coconut milk.
  6. Add sugar and stir, then bring to boil.
  7. Drop the dough when the water is boiling then add anise seed and sesame seed, then stir.
  8. Cook in medium heat for about 10 mins
