Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 Cups Glutinous Rice
- 1 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/3 Cup Sesame Seed,crushed and toasted
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 1/2 Water
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Anise Seed
Procedure:
- Toast the sesame seed until it turns brown.
- After cooking, put the sesame seed in the plastic then crush using a riolling pin. Transfer and set aside.
- In a bowl, put the glutinous rice flour and gradually add water then knead.
- After kneading,scoop a small piece of dough then flattens it out to form an oblong disc.
- In a cookware, put water and coconut milk.
- Add sugar and stir, then bring to boil.
- Drop the dough when the water is boiling then add anise seed and sesame seed, then stir.
- Cook in medium heat for about 10 mins
