Fried Tuna with Coconut Milk

Fried Tuna with Coconut Milk is a savory Filipino dish where crispy tuna is simmered in a creamy coconut milk sauce with garlic, ginger, and spices.

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Fry the tuna.
  2. After frying the tuna set aside.
  3. Sauté́the onion, ginger and garlic.
  4. Add the fried fish, pour the coconut milk.
  5. Seasoned with salt and black pepper.
  6. Add the coconut cream and chili.
  7. Cooked in medium (20mins) and bring to boil.
  8. After 18 mins add the malunggay leaves and and cook to the remaining 2 mins
