Ingredients:
- Sliced Tuna
- Coconut Milk
- Coconut Cream
- Black Pepper
- Salt
- Chili
- Onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Malunggay Leaves
Procedure:
- Fry the tuna.
- After frying the tuna set aside.
- Sauté́the onion, ginger and garlic.
- Add the fried fish, pour the coconut milk.
- Seasoned with salt and black pepper.
- Add the coconut cream and chili.
- Cooked in medium (20mins) and bring to boil.
- After 18 mins add the malunggay leaves and and cook to the remaining 2 mins
