Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Icing Sugar
- 6 Egg Yolks
- 3 1/3 Cups Flour
- 1tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
Custard
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 tbsp. Butter
- 6 Egg Yolks
- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
Procedure:
- In a bowl, mix the butter and icing sugar. Mix using electric mixer.
- Add the egg yolks, flour, salt and vanilla extract and continue mixing.
- Put the dough in a baking paper. Flatten and put in the fridge for about 30 to 1 hr.
- After 1 hr., put the dough in the skillet and bake for about 30 mins in 150 degrees.
For the Custard
- Put the fresh milk in a cookware and simmer.
- In a bowl, mix the butter, egg yolks, sugar, salt and cornstarch.
- Put the butter mixture in a cookware and mix with fresh milk, continue stirring until it thickens. Then cook in medium heat
- Set aside and let it cool
- Put the custard in a piping bag and start putting in a cook tart shell.
- After putting custard in a tart shell, start putting fruits on top of the custard.
