Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp. Yeast
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Cup Water
- Extra Flour for dusting
- Pesto Sauce
- Cheese
- Pepperoni
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Fresh Basil
- Tomato
- Bell Pepper
Procedure:
- In a bowl, put all the ingredients and mix. When you reach the
right consistency of the dough, start kneading. Knead until the
dough become elastic. - After kneading, rest the dough for about 30 to 1 hour.
- Cut the dough into 2, flatten the dough and put in the skillet
(dust little amount of flour in the skillet before you put the pizza
dough or you can use baking paper). - Put the pesto sauce, cheese and the other toppings.
- Cover the skillet set the temperature in medium heat bake for
about 10mins
